Hi everyone — welcome back to the Tiaras family blog! It’s been a whirlwind of a week here at Harlo’s Tiaras Salon! If you’ve ever run a busy salon (or visited one), you’ll know there’s never a dull moment — especially when growth shows up faster than your to-do list!

We're Growing — and Rethinking the Space!

Business has been incredible lately — in the best way! We’re booking out more than ever, which is amazing! But it also means we need to rethink our layout. I keep debating how best to redecorate so we can add more workstations without losing the warm, welcoming vibe you know us for!

For now, I’ve taken down the flower wall temporarily so I can properly plan where everything should go. It felt sad to pack it away — that wall was an instant favorite for selfies! But it’s a small trade-off to give our team the space they need to serve you better!

The Team That Lifts Me Up

There were moments this year when things felt unbearable. It’s been a hard season — one that pushed me to some dark places. I even considered closing Tiaras! But the love and resilience of our team pulled me back. We chose to stay, grow, and get stronger together! I can’t say thank you enough to these amazing humans who turned what could have been an ending into a new beginning!

Celebrating Little Wins

Small moments matter! This week we went out for an Indian after work — a simple, perfect way to decompress and celebrate each other! It’s those evenings that remind me why we do this: for connection, laughter, and to make every client leave feeling better than when they arrived!

Quick Getaway — Recharging in Prague

I’m off for a sneaky long weekend in Prague — a little break to recharge and come back refreshed! I’m leaving Tiaras in the best hands possible, and I can’t wait to return with fresh ideas for the salon revamp!

What to Expect Next

A temporary change to our salon backdrop (bye, flower wall — for now).
Plans to add more workstations so we can reduce wait times and serve more of you.
More team events (you might even spot some behind-the-scenes on Instagram)!
