A Little Moment of Reflection 💭

I took a rare Saturday off this week and drove to the seaside — something I rarely get the chance to do. On the way home, we were caught in a rolling roadblock on the M25. We later found out it was due to a lady who had jumped onto the motorway.

I’m sharing this because it really reminded me how important it is to look after each other. Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and mental health matters more than ever.

So please remember: Tiaras is a safe space.
